Support Worker Vacancies
Home Comfort provides quality assistance to clients within the Wellington, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast, Horowhenua and Palmerston North regions. We currently have support worker roles in the following areas.
All applicants should have a New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa. We are unable to provide sponsorship for overseas applicants. Fluent spoken English is essential.
It is a requirement of this position that you will either have, or will start training towards, NZQA certificates within six months of joining our company.
Wellington/Hutt Valley
Covering Wellington City, Southern & Northern Suburbs up to Broadmeadows, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt & Wainuiomata.
We are seeking caring, competent and reliable support workers to work with our clients in their own homes.

Duties vary depending on our clients' individual needs - tasks may include home help assistance (housework), meal preparation, assisting with showering and dressing the client and grocery shopping.
​
Applicants require a smart phone, a reliable vehicle, a current licence, good references and will demonstrate a caring and responsible attitude.
​
Experience is an advantage, although we will consider applicants without. All candidates are subject to a police check.
Porirua
Covering Porirua from Johnsonville through to
Plimmerton, including Whitby.
