Home Comfort is a company with over 6 years experience in the area of providing caregivers, nurses and other medical and social support staff. Home Comfort has previously focused its efforts on the provision of staff in the client’s residential environment. Home Comfort has identified a range of staffing and administrative services that it now provides care facilities.
Home Comfort can provide temporary staff to cover staffing shortages and emergency staffing.
Home Comfort also offers a new unique staffing solution in which Home Comfort takes over all of a facility’s existing staff organizes consistent staffing supply to cover all shifts. This allows for staffing optimization. It also provides the facility with the following additional benefits
